The Pillowman
This is the first poster I designed under director Bob Quinlan. The Pillowman is a fantastic story of an author who is under investigation after a series of brutally violent crimes mimick some of his own short stories. The show was performed during the spring of 2007 at Illinois State University. The hands in the Illustration are nailed to the typewriter, a solid metaphor for censorship. I also created the lettering for the headline.
